Our Artillery Parka is crafted in a water- and wind-resistant, compressed Japanese knitted polyester. Made by Japanese knitting mill, KOMATSU, this fabric offers a unique, soft and sculptural hand feel, that will mold to the user with prolonged use. A premium 700 fill down insulation provides abundant warmth in sub-zero temperatures. The hood features a full snorkel design for wind and cold protection, with rear cinch and drawstring cinching for a customized fit. The hood is fully lined with Polartec® High Loft Series Fleece, made with ultra-soft enhanced fibre structures; these structures create larger air pockets within the fibres for enhanced thermal warmth retention. Front closure is fastened with a YKK Excella zipper, finished with custom debossed metal pull. Further wind protection is provided by a snap button storm flap, using nylon grosgrain utility taping for ease of use while wearing gloves. The bellows pockets and elbow panels are made in a durable nylon twill. Two inset vertical welt chest pockets, with zip fastening and nylon bag lining, offer quick access to a wallet or cell phone. Two large flap patch waist pockets, with snap entry, offer storage for larger items. These pockets also feature side entry hand warmer pockets that are lined with Polartec® High Loft Series Fleece. Further storage is offered with a zippered 3D sleeve pocket with zip fastening at the left shoulder, and internal welt chest pocket with hidden snap fastening. An integrated wool blend ribbed knit cuff prevents cold air from entering the garment. A woven mil-spec brand label at hem finishes the piece. Made in Japan.

HAVEN will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All items that may be authorised to be returned to HAVEN must be in 'brand new, unworn condition' and can be done so with proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery as indicated by the customers provided tracking number or within 7 days for in store purchases. An instore credit will be provided, NO REFUNDS whatsoever. All sale items and discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
All orders for “Release Product” are final sale. No modifications, cancellations, returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances once an order is submitted. Any product falling within this policy will be indicated on the individual product page.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges must be completed within 7 days for all in-store purchases. For online orders, a return or exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery as indicated by the customer’s provided tracking number, or within 7 days of being contacted for an In-Store Pickup. HAVEN will not accept any returns sent by post without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization. We ask that all returns be in unworn condition with attached tags and original packaging. Upon inspection and approval, exchange or store credit will be provided for the value of the returned item(s). No refunds. All purchases of “Release Product,” sale and discounted items, including any items discounted by the use of a promotional code, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. All charges incurred as the result of a return or exchange (i.e. shipping, duties and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that we are unable to facilitate exchanges for returns sent by post or place any items on hold for an exchange. However, once your return is received, you will be notified of your store credit and you may place a substitute order through our webstore at that time. Additional shipping charges may apply to the substitute order.
HAVEN does not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods while they are in transit from the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return item(s) are packaged and delivered intact, unworn and in original purchased condition, and we strongly recommend using an appropriate carrier with a tracking system. If any matters of liability arise, they will be dealt with and settled between the customer and the return shipping company directly.
